Sonas has significantly improved how we manage our wedding venue. It keeps our sales leads organised, helps us track each step through to contract signing, and makes monitoring payments simple. Once our menus were customised, couples found it easy to enter guest names, meal choices, and seating plans. The timeline feature is especially helpful for keeping both staff and clients informed. Holly has been amazing from day one. She answered every question quickly and guided us through the early stages with so much patience. Sonas is very easy to use for the customer and the Event Manager. It leaves the couple very much in control of their planning journey but with the comfort knowing that Event Managers are checking and overseeing. Couples can choose their menus, add guests and food choices, add suppliers, check their accounts and manage their timeline and venue appointments Sales teams can use activity prompts which helps to make contact with couples at key parts of the sales journey.

Overall a fantastic CRM, with a user friendly interface and and ever growing list of features. Holly at Sonas went above and beyond in supporting our business through the set up and training period and kept us on track. For the money its a fantastic system and would recommend for anyone looking for an "off the shelf" CRM, you wont find anything better. Just be prepared to allocate proper resource to setting it all up.

There is so much we like about Sonas. The way it organises our weddings into separate events like different folders makes it so much easier to access information...and most importantly, the customer service has been superb.
