Encryption
All data over the wire is encrypted by SSL TLS 1.3. Both between the client and our application server and our application server and the database. It is also encrypted at rest.

We backup all the data several times a day, meaning the backed-up data is never more than a few hours behind the live data.
Two Factor Authentication
All couples & staff will be notified by email when a new device is detected on login. Staff users will need to click a link to verify the new device before it can access Sonas.
Single Sign On
Sonas supports Single Sign On (SSO) for all users. If you currently use Microsoft 365 to manage your company you can take advantage of this and allow your staff to access Sonas with their Microsoft credentials. You and your customers can also use your Personal Microsoft accounts to log in, thereby eliminating the need for a separate Sonas password. We will add more providers in the future.
