Can I try Sonas for free?

Of course! We suggest you have a quick online demo with us first to understand how everything works and then we'll set you up with a free trial.

Will Sonas run on my system?

With an up to date browser you should have no problems running Sonas on any browser or operating system. We fully support Apple and Android devices as well as all desktop machines.

Do I need a lot of bandwidth to run Sonas?

No. As long as you have a stable internet connection Sonas will work fine with limited bandwidth. In fact, it's likely to work faster than many of the apps you already use!

Do you integrate with my accounting software?

We integrate fully with Xero and have a future integration with Quickbooks planned. You can also easily export accounting data for easy import to other software.

Will you help me get started?

Our customer success team will schedule a kick-off session and create a bespoke setup schedule. You will have a dedicated success manager and one-on-one assistance as well as virtual team training. Your success is our success!

What about if my team needs support?

Don't worry, we're there to help all of your team, from day one of your Sonas setup. With live chat, email assistance & an extensive knowledge base included, you'll always find the right support that your team needs.

Can I run other types of events using Sonas?

Yes, of course. While we designed Sonas to be outstanding at wedding management, the same features such as catering, guest lists and accounting can be used to plan other events at your venue.

Am I tied into a long term contract?

No. There is no minimum term contract required for Sonas customers, you can cancel at any time.

Will I be charged VAT?

If you are VAT registered or based outside of the EU, we will not charge you VAT. If you're based in the EU and not VAT registered we are obliged to charge you VAT.
