Sonas manages the entire billing setup with your couples. It will automatically raise invoices for them, notify them via email based on your selected payment plan and they can pay through the portal. Security deposits are held separately with built-in escrow accounting, kept apart from your main invoice ledger. Direct integration with Xero allows for the reconciliation of your invoices with the transactions made in Sonas.

Card & Bank Payments

Process online card payments from your clients using Sonas' integration with Stripe. Simply connect your Stripe account and you'll be able to receive card payments instantly in Sonas. In the UK, couples can also pay straight from their bank account with Pay by Bank, which carries much lower fees than cards.

Payment Plans

Set up your payment plan templates for your venues. Sonas will calculate the deposit and stage payments for you and will automate the sending of payment reminders to your customers.
