Supplier Management
Keep every wedding supplier on track
Be it a band for hire, external catering or a videography team, most weddings end up using third-party services.
Supplier & Third Party Bookings
Manage in-house services and external suppliers straight from the Sonas portal. You can create basic services which are included in certain types of events and more exclusive versions which are charged as upsells. Add in supplier details for each event and watch the wedding's timeline update automatically.
Document Storage
Forget emails. Use Sonas' shared portal to house all supplier paperwork. The venue and your clients can easily upload and view insurance policies, contracts, price lists and any other documentation relevant to a supplier.
Upsell your Services
Sonas allows you to offer additional premium services as upsells. List all the extra services you have available so couples can browse them and choose the extras they want to add. You can include everything from accommodation, photo booths, entertainers, you name it!
"Sonas has greatly enhanced our relationships with both couples and suppliers. Our couples feel confident using the platform, as it provides a stress-free experience and allows them to ask questions directly through it."
"The streamlined communication and organization have significantly improved the client experience for our Michigan-based couples."
