Can you describe your business and the main challenges you faced before implementing Sonas?
Harper Weddings helps couples bring their wedding dreams to life at the places we call home. Through heartfelt hospitality, we encourage couples to go with their heart. Having created a unique online platform to plan events over 10 years ago, we struggled to maintain a system that was user-friendly, speedy and modern/aesthetically pleasing.
What specific features of Sonas attracted you to choose it over other solutions available in the market?
As well as managing enquiries and events, Sonas offers features to assist with accounting, sales & marketing and analytic tools, which enable us to generate a range of data and reports. The planning tool can be branded and is user-friendly and intuitive, which is a huge plus for our couples.
How did the implementation process go for your team? Were there any standout moments of support or ease of integration?
The majority of the implementation process was straightforward and easy. The steps to set up each section are easy to follow and the few times I needed to lean on Holly, our Success Manager, she offered amazing support and knowledge to help sort my issues quickly and with ease. Her ongoing support with training and general questions since launching Sonas has been amazing too. She is wonderful!
How has Sonas affected your relationships with couples and suppliers?
Having recently launched Sonas, most couples using it are currently planning their special day with us. In comparison to the system we were using prior to Sonas, we have fewer user/IT issues and couples feel very confident in using the platform, which ensures a positive customer experience. This also enables the Harper Weddings team to focus on building rapport with each and every client, use our time more efficiently to plan weddings/events and offer support in other areas.
Have you noticed any significant improvements in sales and marketing efforts since adopting Sonas? Can you provide examples?
Since launching Sonas, we have found that couples stay in touch after visiting our venues, and we have seen an increase in conversion rates. Having looked for solutions to enable couples to book a tour at any time of day, the Calendar Availability facility in Sonas has been a huge improvement to our services.
Are there any specific tools or features within Sonas that your team finds invaluable? How do they contribute to your daily operations?
The Dashboard facility has been a great addition to the wider team. It allows them to stay informed about booking numbers and conversion rates from enquiry to visit to booking. This has increased the team's productivity and has definitely been a factor in the increase in conversion rates.
Could you quantify the impact Sonas has had on your business, such as time saved, increased sales, or improved customer satisfaction?
Collectively Sonas has positively impacted the team at Harper Weddings. For example, the Sales & Wedding Planning Team can use their time more effectively by focusing on sales and providing a high standard of service in a timely manner, as opposed to fixing system bugs and issues. Meanwhile, the Marketing team have been able to improve communications with couples/clients to improve the user journey and experience. Together this has increased overall customer satisfaction.
How has our ongoing support and any updates or improvements to the app influenced your satisfaction and success with Sonas?
Holly has been amazing in supporting us. She always responds quickly, which is extremely helpful. She also regularly takes any feedback on board and puts our ideas forward to the Sonas development team—it is refreshing to feel heard and know that we are always working together to ensure we all succeed!
